Where ‘Caring for Our Community’ matters

Kestrel Heights is home to hundreds of families across three towers — and one close-knit residents’ association. From welfare visits to weekend carnivals, every program here is run by neighbors, for neighbors. Come to a meeting, join a drive, or simply say hello in the lobby.

Leadership Begins With Our Citizens Residential Membership

Every household at Kestrel Heights is automatically part of the association. Membership means a vote at general meetings, access to all clubs and facilities, and a direct line to the managing committee — plus the chance to lead a program yourself.

Trusted Association

Audited accounts, published minutes, and elected committees you can hold to account.

Resident-Led

Every committee seat is held by an elected resident volunteer.
