Summer weekends bring the heaviest visitor traffic of the year, and the single driveway in and out of Kestrel Heights can jam quickly. From this month, all guest cars must be pre-registered on the residents' app before arrival.
Security will hold unregistered vehicles at the visitor bay until the host confirms by intercom, which is the main cause of queues. Pre-registration takes under a minute and keeps the driveway moving for everyone.
Notices like this are also posted on every tower board and broadcast on the residents’ app.
We have also opened the school-bus bay for guest parking after 7 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Please brief your regular visitors, drivers, and delivery partners about the new routine.
