Our Story
A community built by its own residents
Kestrel Heights Condominium was handed over in phases, and from the very first set of keys the residents organized themselves. What began as a small group of volunteers sorting out parking stickers is today a registered residents’ association running nine activity programs, three fundraising causes, and a full calendar of events.
We believe a condominium is more than private flats stacked together. The lobbies, gardens, podium, and clubhouse belong to everyone — and everyone has a say in how they are kept. That is why our accounts are published every quarter, our meetings are open to all residents, and every program welcomes new volunteers.
Trusted Association
Audited accounts and published minutes keep every decision answerable to residents.
Resident-Led
Every committee seat is held by an elected resident volunteer.
