What this program does
The Kestrel Heights carnival is the highlight of our calendar: an evening when the podium level turns into food stalls, game booths, and a stage for resident performers of every age.
Like every association program, carnival is coordinated by resident volunteers and reviewed at the monthly general meeting. Schedules are posted on tower notice boards and the residents’ app at the start of each month.
What’s included
- Food stalls run by resident home chefs
- Games and rides for children on the podium
- Evening stage with resident music and dance
- Stall proceeds partly fund the welfare program
