The new segregated pickup schedule starts Monday, with separate wet, dry, and reject-waste vans.
The waste collection vendor has revised the pickup timetable for Kestrel Heights. Separate vans will now collect wet waste, dry waste, and reject waste on fixed morning slots, so please keep segregated bins ready at the service lobby by 8 am.
Floor champions will do a first-week walkthrough to help households that are unsure about the new categories. E-waste and bulky items continue to be collected on the last Saturday of every month from the basement dock.
Notices like this are also posted on every tower board and broadcast on the residents’ app.
Residents who miss their slot can use the sorting shed behind Tower B until noon. Repeated mixed-waste loads will be returned to the floor, so please take a minute to segregate correctly.
