Fundraiser

Transparent community fundraisers that turn small contributions into visible campus upgrades.

What this program does

When the campus needs something beyond the maintenance budget, our fundraisers step in. Every drive states its goal publicly, and every rupee raised is accounted for in the quarterly residents' report.

Like every association program, fundraiser is coordinated by resident volunteers and reviewed at the monthly general meeting. Schedules are posted on tower notice boards and the residents’ app at the start of each month.

What’s included

Goal-based drives with public collection trackers
Published statements after every fundraiser
Sponsor-a-bench and sponsor-a-tree programs
Corporate matching through resident employers

Programs like this are why nine out of ten residents say life at Kestrel Heights is a positive experience.
