What this program does
The monthly cleanliness drive brings residents and housekeeping staff together for deep cleaning of common areas, segregation coaching floor by floor, and composting from kitchen waste.
Like every association program, cleanliness drive is coordinated by resident volunteers and reviewed at the monthly general meeting. Schedules are posted on tower notice boards and the residents’ app at the start of each month.
What’s included
- Monthly deep-clean of lobbies and stairwells
- Floor-wise waste segregation coaching
- Kitchen-waste composting behind Tower B
- Zero-litter pledge for the podium and gardens
Programs like this are why nine out of ten residents say life at Kestrel Heights is a positive experience.
