What this program does
With hundreds of cars moving through two basement levels, traffic discipline keeps everyone safe. Our team manages parking allocation, speed control on ramps, and pedestrian priority in the driveway.
Like every association program, traffic rules is coordinated by resident volunteers and reviewed at the monthly general meeting. Schedules are posted on tower notice boards and the residents’ app at the start of each month.
What’s included
- Numbered parking allocation and guest bays
- Speed-breaker and mirror audits every quarter
- Pedestrian-priority markings in the driveway
- Cycling lane and school-bus bay supervision
Programs like this are why nine out of ten residents say life at Kestrel Heights is a positive experience.
